DMYC member Michal Matulka is organising a sailing trip to Poland for the end of September.
Masuria is a region in northern Poland famous for its 2000 lakes. Before the end of World War 2, it was mostly inhabited by Polish-speaking (Mazurian dialect) Lutheran Masurians and constituted a part of East Prussia. Masuria occupies much of the Masurian Lake District. Administratively, it belongs to Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship. Its biggest city is Elk, often regarded as its capital. It has territory of about 10,000 km2 and population of 500,000.
