The DMYC will be hosting an Open Day on August 18th 2024 at 2 pm.
- The event starts at 2pm, please arrive 15 mins before the start time so we can get you assigned to a boat etcetera.
- Bring waterproof clothing and extra layers, and shoes with a good grip, ie. runners (not leather soled, high heels or the like). Life jackets will be provided.
- There is limited paid parking available close by. The Salthill & Monkstown DART station is the closest (about 5 minutes walk), followed by the Dún Laoghaire DART station (about 10 minutes). A number of bus services also stop in Dún Laoghaire.
- Complimentary light bites and a drink in the club bar après sail!
- Please bring your booking confirmation on the day.
- Attendees must be over 18; the DMYC cannot provide childcare facilities while adults are out sailing, and life jackets will be adult-sized.
